Fully renovated apartment in the heart of Sofia. All the small cafes, shops, restaurants, bars and attractions your heart desires are two steps away. There are two beautiful bedrooms full of light and art and a spacious dining area with all the needed appliances, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine (capsules included). You can use a free private parking space! We also provide bicycles that you can use for free to explore the city.
The apartment is on the 3th floor with NO elevator but we’ll gladly help you with your luggage if you like.
We are located on a quiet street in the perfect center. Everything is in a walkable distance. Absolutely the best location for both business and pleasure! 3 minutes from National Palace of Culture (NDK) and the main pedestrian street – Vitosha str. There is LIDL supermarket just around the corner and BILLA is 5min walk.
NDK metro station is 5 min away and Serdika station is 10 min away. You can use a private parking space.

Schwann: Pavel’s place is the perfect location to explore Sofia from. Situated very centrally, we were in walking distance of nice restaurants and bars around us. The bicycles were also handy for going to further out places (we used minimal public transport during our time there). He was also very kind and let us check-out late when we mentioned our flight was leaving late in the evening! Would highly recommend
